Bangkok Heat: Update

4000 words in the last 24 hours

Rocking and rolling...

We're still a long way from the finish line but once it gets flowing it usually keeps flowing. Before you get too excited I have to tell you that we are behind schedule on our hoped for 5th December release; that's exactly a month from today.

The cover is done - I can play with the blurb once it's up and anytime, but editing and proofing will take time.

I will try my best to hit the release date and I'll try to remember to keep you gals and guys informed of progress.

In non-writing life (not sure if that's a thing because everything I do infects my writing or maybe it's the other way round), I'm about to start traveling again  - a lot. I've been fortunate I've been able to be at home for most of the last few years. But I'd also be lying if I said I didn't miss traveling a lot.

I also know it provides for a lot of writing time - airport lounges, hotels, and flights. Back when I wrote my first novel, Tag - I was regularly flying between Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok and Shanghai - it was also the time of the GFC - acronym for Global Financial Meltdown - caused by greedy thieving bankers and stock market manipulators (I know I was doing business with them). The places I flew, people I met with and in some cases dialogue that I heard or ideas expressed - all ended up in some form in, Tag.

So wish me luck (can do that in the comments below) -  and thanks for all the emails you have been sending me - they are the magic that keeps me going when the little hand is creeping towards two and the sun ain't shining.
